Did you know Delta Flight Products operates both a Static Load Test Rig and an FAA- and Boeing-approved Flammability Laboratory in-house?

These specialized capabilities support everything from early product development and design validation to certification and entry into service.

Static Load Testing helps verify that products can withstand the loads and forces they may experience throughout their operational life, providing critical data to support structural integrity and certification efforts. Flammability Testing helps ensure that materials and components meet stringent aviation fire safety requirements, supporting compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

By maintaining these capabilities in-house, our teams can rapidly evaluate designs, generate certification data, respond to customer needs, and address challenges early in the development process. These capabilities currently support both Delta Flight Products development programs and testing activities across Delta Air Lines, while also serving as a foundation for future growth. As we expand our testing services to the broader aerospace industry, we aim to help customers accelerate development, reduce risk, and confidently meet certification and compliance requirements.
