Delta Flight Products' dedicated Customer Care Team strives to provide prompt and exceptional service.
Contact the Customer Care Team for spare parts ordering, return material authorizations, product tracking, invoicing inquiries, general updates, and more.

- For inquiries and to get parts quoted please email customerservice@dfp.delta.com
- Upon receipt, the Customer Care Team will coordinate with the Planning Department to obtain pricing and lead time.
- Expect a response within 3–5 business days.
- Note: If the request is deemed AOG (Aircraft on Ground), it will be prioritized accordingly.

- A receipt of return will be provided to the customer.
- Please print and place RMA paperwork within shipment for easy identification.

- Be sure to provide the MSN number.
